Welcome to the very first Brisbane Data Driven Customer Engagement Meetup!

We’re excited to kick things off in 2019 with a four part series that takes its members on a journey to achieving data-driven customer engagement. These Meetups present a unique opportunity to gain knowledge through our experience and expertise in Customer Engagement, supported by guest presentations of client case studies and technology partner showcases. It’s also a chance to mingle with like-minded individuals in the field, chill and enjoy a drink and nibbles on us.

Part 1: Engage CX: Introduction
Description: A self-evaluation of capability maturity and overview of the Engage CX framework
Date: Thursday, 21 February 2019

In Part 1 we will introduce and present Engage CX; our very own framework that delivers genuine enterprise-wide value, by focusing on identifying key opportunities at every stage of the customer journey. The framework outlines processes for establishing reusable, modular and technology agnostic data and analytics assets which deliver outputs that build-up to effective and all-encompassing customer engagement strategies. We will also provide members the opportunity to complete a self-evaluation of their organisations current level of customer engagement capability maturity, identify strengths and gaps, and guide future-state planning for establishing excellence.

The intended audience over the four-part series will vary, however, we will aim to balance high-level overview with deep dives into technical design. We’d love to see marketing managers, campaign analysts and customer insights analysts come along - anyone who has a vested interest in delivering effective customer experience.

The remainder of the series expands on the three foundations of the Engage CX framework, taking a deeper dive into the technology, people, data and processes that are required to deliver best-practice end-to-end customer engagement capability.
