MIN organises social and business events for members. They also invest in startups and businesses that are aligned with their values and mission.

The network was founded by Renee Choong Lehmann, a PR/Event specialist who established it in 2015 and it won her the Brisbane Lord Mayor's Multicultural Business Scholarship Award six months later.

As a newcomer herself, she understands the challenges others face in relocating to a new country or city. Hence the mission of BIN is to get like-minded and resourceful individuals come together to contribute their resources, expertise and knowledge to help members thrive in the Australian economy.

Services that BIN provides are job search, real estate and financial advisory, professional skills training, business mentoring and consultation for overseas business expansion.
