Light Painting Back to Basics (Torches)

There are many many effects which can be achieved with the humble torch.

Torches come in many varieties, sizes and styles, are easily accessible, easy to use, and most importantly cheap (usually) so it is no surprise that they form an important part of the light painters toolkit.

At this meetup we will :

Look at a variety of types of torches and discuss their various pros, cons and purposes Look at different styles of light painting that can be achieved with a torch Split up into couples or small groups to experiment with the different techniques (Note: you will receive a torch of your very own to take home, and the fee covers the cost of this )
