Podcast Workflow, Systemising and Outsourcing

At this MeetUp, Lyndal Harris from Podcast VA is going to talk about systemising & streamlining your podcast tasks and outsourcing.

Lyndal is the founder of Podcast VA who helps make the podcasting journey easier by offering a variety of support services to podcasters. She now manages a team and works with a number of Australia’s top podcasters with international audiences of tens of thousands of people.

In this session, Lyndal will cover the 5 Step Podcasting Workflow; Systemising & Streamlining your Podcast tasks and outsourcing. The session will include Q&A and also an opportunity for you to share any successful tricks and tips you have to share with the group.

There is a cost of $10 to cover MeetUp and admin fees, these are payable to Joe on the night.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by Joe, money collected and given a name and show tag. You will also receive a GREEN dot sticker (have a current show online) or an ORANGE dot sticker (idea or development of show phase).

6:30pm - 7:00pm is for networking, organising collaborations, swapping reviews, finding potential guests and anything of a general nature that will improve your show.

I'm a Green dot, I may see an Orange and ask if I can help with any advice that could accelerate the release of their show.
