This is the best feature I have ever seen ServiceNow create. I highly recommend getting on board and checking it out.

Come to the Gallery Level, and wait for collection in the Gallery Level foyer. If you are running late, please contact Gareth to arrange collection.

Getting there - there is 2 hours free parking in the shopping centre, after that time it is $2 - $3, so still quite cheap. Toowong train station is located in the shopping centre.
