Summary
Is it Scrum? Or Kanban? Maybe it is SAFE? Regardless of your methodology of choice, you are trying to achieve Agile delivery. But, do we sometimes miss the point and treat the methodology itself as one of the Agile principles?
In this presentation, Hari will be talking about how to craft the right methodology for your organisation without missing the point of being Agile.
