Meditation - moving and seated
Weekly meditation sessions are conducted at 8:30am and can be either seated or under motion. Ki testing is regularly preformed during this time to allow the student to find balance of both mind and body. Come and try something different.

Aikido is the peaceful warrior's martial art.
