As the evolution of blockchain technology continues, so too has the ICO (Initial Coin Offering) ecosystem and with a shift towards Token Generation Events (or Security Token Offerings), we are seeing the evolution of the Australian legal fraternity as they try to keep up on the latest legal, regulatory and compliance information.
One of Australia's legal firms - The Fold Legal - is at the top of its game so much so it was announced at the Finnie Awards as the Winner of the Excellence in FinTech Support Services - Professional Services 2018.
BWiB is honoured to have Ms Charmian Holmes, Solicitor Director, The Fold Legal to share her insights to how the legal professional is adapting to better support blockchain and crypto-focused startups and companies.
