Calling all tea lovers! The Brisbane Tea Meetup is for anyone curious about this beautiful and complex beverage. We plan all sorts of tea events suited to both seasoned tea enthusiasts and those new to tea. These range from social cuppas, tea tastings, workshops, tea & food pairings, tea ceremonies and visits to local tea establishments. We mostly want to share in a nice cup of tea and create enjoyable tea experiences for you.

Tea Tasting and Lunch

Let's catch up at Loving Hut. We'll have a variety of black and white tea as well as chen pi (tangerine peels).
Some teas featured (some if they arrive in time - USA shipment):
- 2021 Dian Hong Black Tea
- 2025 Jingmai Gushu white tea
- 2024 "No Escape" Yunnan Bai Cha / White Tea
- Various chen pi from health stores
- Sencha
- Various ripe puer 2000's onwards
Feel free to bring any teas you'd like to share.
The Loving Hut are letting us use their space for free, so let's support them in return. Check out their menu and details. Their carrot cake pairs well with tea.
