Plotting a Happier Year Ahead

This event will best suit HR professionals, managers and business owners who are keen to explore the 'learning edges' of Wellbeing in the Workplace. The session will begin with some brief thoughts from people who are doing really interesting things in this area, including:

Watershed - the impact of training & learning together on happiness
Alemda - on personal/professional growth
Happy City - on measures & optimal happiness

We'll then go into an Open Space style format, where you'll be invited to investigate the opportunities, challenges or questions you'd like to share with your peers. Please let us know which key issues you'd most like to look into and we'll see if we can fit them all in.

This will be a fascinating and insightful event, geared for learning and sharing best practice you can take away and start to apply in your workplace the next day.
