What we're about

Hello lovely people!
This group is for anyone interested in property whether that is investing, flipping, JV's, lease options, BTL, HMO etc. I've been property developing for 30 years on a small scale and am thinking about buying more properties in 2019 so it would be great to meetup and network with like-minded people at talks on whatever we want to learn and maybe even set up a mastermind group to support each other and hold each other accountable!
I'm a business coach by day and have lots of clients in the Property industry who could come along and chat with us.
Feel free to suggest meetups and subjects for talks.
Look forward to meeting you all!
Kind regards
Jo

Business Goals Night and Networking. SPEED NETWORKING STARTS AT 6.30 SHARP Join other positive, like-minded small business owners, property developers, landlords, sole traders and entrepreneurs for support, goal setting and networking. Let's face it, being in business can be pretty lonely. Where do we go for help and support? Who hold us accountable? Who can we bounce ideas off? Who can ground us when we are overly excited about a new idea that we just know is going to work? :-) And who can motivate and inspire us when we are feeling low and doubting ourselves? This group CAN! I run this group and my FB group as a way to raise funds for HappiMe. HappiMe is a non-profit that helps children and young people with mental health issues and confidence building. ALL profits after room hire has been paid goes to HappiMe. This group is suitable for any size and any age business including start ups. I've been running an online group on FB for the last year. It started with the commitment to share a business tip, resource or blog every day for 365 days. (I know, what was I thinking!) Since then the group has grown to over 1200 members. It's a lively, engaged group with lots of networking going on. (Feel free to join us if you haven't already!). For a few years I have also been running a similar meetup to this at my home in Headley Park. I've know decided to move to a venue more central so more people can benefit! Tom Bailey (Catering Company) The Small Business Growth Club monthly groups have given me amazing support over the last 12 months. I go with issues I’m having and leave with solutions, often other members of the group have encountered and overcome similar problems even though their business may be in a different field. The meetings also make me accountable for my actions, if I say I’m going to complete a task I don’t want to experience the shame of saying I’ve not finished it at the next meeting, strong motivation! Jo has an incredible knack of pin pointing exactly what I need to do to improve my business by working smarter.
