There is something amazing about simply spending more time outdoors. Our bodies and our senses begin to awaken. Many of us these days are spending too much indoors, so we become like 'house plants'. Perhaps we can begin to thrive again if we spend more time outdoors?
In this group we will strive to practice outdoors, through meditation, yoga, sound baths and creative ritual. In meditation we often work with the four elements of earth, fire, water and air, the present moment and the body.
During many sessions we often also practise drumming, chanting, and sometimes simple rituals.
We will also have sessions that will incorporate Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.
Depending on the weather and the season, we may sometimes practice meditation and yoga indoors.
We run many of these sessions around Bristol and also around the many wonderful sites in the South West.
