Taijiwuxigong (a Qi Gong System) is an amazing way to get back in contact with your body and mind, it teaches different exercises (Daoyin) to help energise the body and release tension.

As the practice develops students gain increased internal clarity helping them with health issues, releasing unhelpful habits and developing a peaceful and happy mind.

The practise begins with activation of your body's primary energy centre (Dantian) located in the abdomen, this allows greater flow of energy through the rest of the energy system, helping to clear blockages and reconnect our body and mind.
