What we're about

We are Back! In-person Mindfulness Courses and Classes. - Online Options too.

What to Expect and How to Book

We are a friendly, mixed ability group. There is a social element and we often go for a cuppa before or after each session.

Currently, because of the current restrictions, bookings are managed through Eventbrite.

Beginners or experienced meditators are all welcome.

The meditation skills we teach are:

Non-religious, we don’t use the session as an opportunity to try to convert you
Teach practical meditation and mindfulness skills
Suitable for beginners or experienced meditators
The class consists of mindfulness meditation, techniques, training and an explanation of what they are, how they work and how you can use them.

Each session is designed to assist you in your personal journey.

Outdoor Meditations
I am restarting the regular meditation classes in Bromley in Beckenham on the week of the 17th of May 2021.

Scroll down the page to book.

Because of social distancing regulations, for indoor meetings, we are limited in the number of people we can get in our usual venues.

There are also other limitations.

Many people have also yet to become comfortable or confident about meeting indoors.

In the summer I often run some meditation classes outdoors in Beckenham Place Park instead of the mansion and Norman Park instead of Chantry Studios. These classes have always been popular.

Meditating in a group, in nature, and regularly is the best way to build a meditation practice. It is how I did it.

So...

Starting from May 17, each class at Beckenham Place Park and Chantry Studios will primarily be an open air meditation. Only if it is cold or likely to rain will we run the class indoors.

Visit our website for more info or contact me directly by email.
