Tuesday Afternoon Mindfulness
This is a drop-in mindfulness and meditation class. No need to book, you can just turn up though keep an eye on here in case I need to cancel. The mindfulness skills we teach are: Non-religious Science based for secular people Offer a spiritual connection for spiritual people Suitable for beginners or experienced The class consists of mindfulness meditation, techniques, training and a Q&A session all designed to assist you in your personal journey. Cost For single sessions there is a suggested donation of £10 per session payable on the day. Passes are available for regular students which can reduce the cost to £6 per session. Anyone on benefits or students can pay what they can afford. By Car Chantry Studio is 5 minutes from Bromley South by car. There is ample parking at the studio. By Bus On Bromley Common, the Southlands Road bus stops are served by the 61, 208, 261, 320 and 358 buses. By Train There are buses from Petts Wood (15 mins), Bromley South (10 mins)and Orpington Station (24 mins) to the Southlands Road stops on Bromley Common By Foot We are a 20 minute walk from Bromley South Station to Chantry Studios. What we're about

We are a friendly, mixed experience group interested in mindfulness meditation. Robert takes the guided meditations that are inspired by Eckhart Tolle. The mindfulness practices and meditation is non-religious but inspiring for spiritual and secular people alike. Everyone is welcome.
