Let's get together for an early morning workout followed by a healthy breakfast! The workouts will be a wide range of sorts changing from meet to meet. Get ready to take part in activities ranging from high cardio aerobics to kinetic chain exercises and chair yoga! Its all FREE (although there is a suggested donation of $5 for the instructor). Weather permitting, we'll enjoy the workouts at Fort Green Park in Brooklyn. Then after getting our heart rates up and blood flowing, head back to our meet up location for a healthy and complementary breakfast. During breakfast, we'll get the opportunity to discuss different topics revolving around health and wellness. These topics include (but are not limited to) chronic disease prevention, good nutrition, weight control, financial health, fitness, sexual health, etc.
