Shuai Jiao aka Chinese Wrestling: Chinese martial arts (aka Kung Fu) only has ONE wrestling style this it. A challenging fitness class suitable for everyone ; training includes balance & body weight resistance.
2 hour class: 1st hour warm ups, drills and conditioning, 2nd hour applications. Fee: $20 for both hours, $10 for first time
Attire: For all classes, please wear a t-shirt, long pants and indoor shoes (or you can go bare feet). We suggest you bring a water and a towel. Please let us if you’re interested in purchasing a Shuai Jiao jacket.
