Thank You Healthcare Workers Meditation Series

We aim to express our thanks and support to essential workers by sharing this simple yet profound tool, which can serve you through this crisis and beyond. What to Expect ​ ​ The guided meditation series is particularly for healthcare professionals and essential workers, who are working long hours to save lives and are facing battles that we never imagined in our lifetime. We honor and thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Each meditation session on every Monday night (9pm-10pm) of the series will offer a practical method to release the images and stress accumulated in the mind. As we clear out those images, naturally the body can return to a state of peace, and the mind can be clear and focused. It is completely free of charge. We would just ask you to RSVP in advance. We will release the log in information on every Monday morning.
