Hello Everyone!

This is an open house and introduction to Brooklyn Meditation. This introduction gives hope for those seeking happiness, peace, and truth.

Brooklyn Meditation is a comfortable place to come and rest your mind. The purpose of our meet up is to share, and get to know new people. There is a brief meditation taking place at the meet up, however, this is more of a chance to talk about what we are each seeking through meditation.

The journey from the mind to the heart, is not very far :) Let's live the highest quality of life!!!
