Taking Root: #BKProductDesign Turns 1!
by Samantha Li
Stories of how I stumbled my way into Fuzz last winter and fell into getting deeply involved with the Brooklyn Product Design meetup group. Setups from scratch, speaker talks, and social events for the Brooklyn design community of a now 800+. Let's celebrate!
Sam is the lead organizer for the Brooklyn Product Design meetup group and a design manager at Capital One. If you can't find her hiding behind her fancy curved monitor or at the boards doing sketches, she is most likely in the kitchen snatching up the last donut in the house.

β by π Sandra Davila
Designers are moving away from creating one-off experiences into building digital ecosystems. How do we build bridges that transition legacy experiences with the new ecosystem? Sandra Davila, a Experience Design Lead will share the process she followed when designing NY.gov. From universal navigations to api/card based design to defining new workflows and teams. Sandra will share useful examples from the work done for New York State for the relaunch of NY.GOV where more than a hundred websites were brought together to form one ecosystem.
