If you're not happy with where you're at physically, perhaps lacking motivation, and maybe need that extra encouragement in fitness then this is the group for you! Working out with others can very well make it more fun as well as create positive energy. The workouts will be a circuit mix of bodyweight exercises designed to help drop fat, and tone up (squats, push ups, walk/jog intervals to name a few). If you would like to workout with others, get acquainted, and have some fun then feel free to join. The workouts will always take place in a local Brooklyn park (which is to be determined/decided based upon overall member location convenience)
I'm also looking to eventually include sports aside from the fitness workout (depending on the interests of members). Sports are team building, and is a fun way to be active. Talent is Not necessary for this group but hard work is..no quitters. Also it is open to sharing ideas and nutritional info so we can all progress!
