This group is for all level runners and is free. Starting goal is to help each other stay motivated and focused on their goal. Group will pick 1 or 2 races we will focus on and train to run as a group. Individual or Relay. Meet no matter the weather. Will have fun runs, group runs, ability group runs (when numbers support), workout runs, and even body weight exercises to help build muscle for running. Location will vary. Individuals are encouraged to come to events even when injured, rest day, or tapering for a race. Bring your encouragement and advice.
