About coach Chris: I am a trained crossfit level1 coach, personal trainer, I have +10 years' experience of teaching sports. I am a fitness addict, I love going to the gym, I practice boxing, capoeira, dancing, etc. I want to push people to train more, because it is better for your overall health and has so many other benefits! I will be happy to welcome you to one of my sessions.

C-MAX HIIT is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) of about 40minutes that improves cardiovascular health, maximizes energy expenditure and therefore increases fat burning.
We use a host of bodyweight exercices that will make you push to get good results. That combination of cardio and muscle strengthening exercices and an inspiring coach who will sweat with you, will make you push your limits.
The coach: Chris has more than 10 years experience in sport. Dance teacher for many years, he decided to dedicate himself to fitness to help people move more and better.
With a recognised CrossFit certification, Chris has various sources of inspiration from the sports he practices (breakdance, capoeira, boxing, etc).
