Last April, we invited activists, entrepreneurs and companies leveraging technology to transform the field of law and empower citizens to exercise their rights. And we're ready for a second edition! If you missed the first edition, demo nights are an opportunity for the Legal Hackers community to get acquainted with tech solutions, their functioning and mostly importantly the experience of those who developed them. We're lucky to be hosted by the amazing co-working space the Phare du Kanaal where you'll also be able to grab a drink and a small bite.

We can't wait to discover the demos from:

• Online Solution Attorney (https://onlinesolutionattorney.be/) (OSA): OSA was developed in cooperation with Belgian attorneys at law in order to enable attorneys to benefit from additional visibility and offer online legal services through a simple and accessible user interface. Those looking for legal advice can check out and compare the OSA attorneys. They are on-demand, transparent with their fees, areas of expertise and deadlines, and subject to clearly stated rules of ethics and conduct, which are set out in professional codes of conduct.

Jureca.be (https://www.jureca.be/): Jureca.be is a digital platform that helps the consumer find the ideal legal solution according to his/her personal situation and problem. The platform aims to give consumers access to easy, transparent and fast solutions available and tailored to his/her legal problem. It guarantees this by offering the largest choice of legal solutions available and through a review system for quality control. Jureca's motto: Legal Solutions. For every problem, for everyone.

• Lee&Ally (https://leeally.com): Lee & Ally is a virtual chatbot which aims at providing entrepreneurs with understandable legal advice. The bot was launched only a few weeks ago and attracted a lot of media attention as it is (one of) the first of its kind. The bot specializes in areas of law that are relevant to small companies (SMEs and start-ups) and later the scope will be broadened. Lee & Ally is on standby 24/7. If users don't seem to get a satisfying answer from the bot, users can rely on a human helpdesk for more complex legal issues.

Sket.io: Sket.io is an online automation tool for legal professionals which puts finished drafts of documents in the hands of their clients 24/7. It frees them from the repetitive legal drafting work where no value is created, risk of errors abound, no glory is to be had, and mostly the lawyers' sanity is at stake. Sket.io takes into account that legal docs do not exist in isolation and that many different but related docs are required during the lifecycle of a client’s business dealings.
