This time we will have the pleasure to receive Mathieu Gillot. He will present us Pimba :"What's going on my production ? Dig into real time metrics using Pinba".
The abstract:
A lot of solutions exist on the market to graph, profile, or debug an application. Pinba has a quite different and interesting approach, and provides a solution to explore your production with very complete and extensive metrics, directly on production.
Let's have a look at all possibilities the tool offers with a concrete example : implementation on Dailymotion application : high traffic, big numbers (3M+ mysql selects per minute / 45M+ memcached hits per minute).
And as always, we will have some time to discuss afterward.
There will be swag, some extra surprise and if you want to keep talking a little bit longer there is a bar at the corner of the block were we can migrate.
