Let's communicate in different ways!

Hello darlings!

The inspiration for this meetup came from people who use sign language instinctively when not being able to communicate in the same language as others. Observing this I remembered that language is the fastest way to communicate a message, but not the only one. We can always trace back the way people used to communicate in history and try it on our own, to see how it feels.

So I invite you to this meetup where we will use sign language and pictographs as means of communication, more than the English language. :)

In addition to this, I am also very interested in how other species besides humans communicate on this planet, so in the second part of the meetup we will watch part of a documentary called "Why Birds Sing", from which we will find out a bit about the way birds communicate.

Location:

Puro & Bio is a lovely Gelatteria and coffee place in the very centre of Bucharest, next to hotel Novotel. We will have plenty of space and a nice atmosphere on Sunday there for us to feel at ease with. We are invited to order something from their menu as exchange for our presence there. :)

Participation:

Your suggested contribution for this meetup is 30 lei.

The arrival time is 3:00 PM, try not to be later than 15 minutes, please. :)

*The level of English required for our meetups ranges from pre-intermediate to upper-intermediate, so do not be shy, you just need to be able to express yourself in a way or another. :)
