We've all done it, we start the year with great intentions to make a change and then ..... somehow we find ourselves in December and nothing has changed. Most of us repeat the same pattern year after year.....What we are lacking are the right strategies to make effective change.
Dr. Anna Litovkina PhD, psychologist, coach and professor of linguistics has successfully delivered a series of 6 workshops which have helped hundreds of people move forward in their lives. Until now the workshops have only been available in Russian or Hungarian but now, in 2019, they are being launched exclusively in Budapest in English !!! Co-presented with Clive Wilton, certified sports nutrition coach, communicator, champion public speaker and presenter, this series of 6 workshops will give YOU the strategies and detailed methods to make real change in your life.
This group is for English speakers who want to learn about strategies and methods for achieving greater success in life, whatever your definition of success. We will meet at least once per month to discuss different aspects of what makes a successful life and how to attract success.
A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS
CLIVE WILTON and ANNA T. LITOVKINA:
Originally from Russia, ANNA T. LITOVKINA lives in Hungary and she is currently Associate Professor at J. Selye University, Komárno, Slovakia. She is a linguist, a folklorist, a psychologist and a coach. She has been the organizer and the chair of program committee of five Hungarian national interdisciplinary humor conferences and of two international symposia on humor. Beyond more than one hundred scholarly articles, she is the author or co-author of fifteen books.
CLIVE WILTON is a certified sports nutrition coach, communicator, champion public speaker and presenter. He is also the host of the monthly “Free Hugs Budapest” about which many of you must have heard.

HOW ARE THE WORKSHOPS DELIVERED?
We pay particular attention to the group dynamics. We promise to you that you will get extremely useful and practical skills and strategies that you can immediately apply in your everyday life. You will never feel bored during our workshops. Sometimes:

· You think something over and write it down on your own,

· You converse in groups of 3-4-5 participants.
