We welcome all who are interested in discussing Dharma (Buddha's teachings), as well as methods of applying Dharma consistently in our daily lives. We hope to build a strong Sangha (spiritual community) of like-minded Dharma practitioners.
This group's discussions are based on Dharma passed down in the Mahayana tradition. Buddhism and mindfulness go hand-and-hand. We also discuss methods of applying Dharma with mindfulness. We will have open discussions online, in addition to meetings and events when possible.
We welcome ideas, volunteers, suggestions, discussion topics, and comments on how we can provide an even more welcoming group for all to benefit from living a life of mindful compassion through Buddha's teachings.
