Kadampa Meditation Centre Austria organizes regularly meditation classes, retreats and courses. At the moment there are several drop in classes taught in German and occasionally which are taught in English. Once a monthe there is a weekend workshop called "Learn to meditate" which is simultaneously translated into English. Every class includes meditation as well as practical explanations on how to maintain a positive and peaceful mind based on Buddhist teachings. After the class you can stay for a tea and biscuits and have a chat with the teacher and students. Suitable for all levels of experience. It is a drop-in class, so advanced booking is not necessary, but greatly appreciated.

The classes are held on Mondays from 7.30 - 9 pm; refreshments are provided afterwards. The entrance fee is 8 euro (€6 for students or unemployed) and the monthly card is 25€ and allows you to join every class and meditation from Mon till Fri.
