What we're about

Want to learn R programming? Want to learn about new and useful libraries? Want to argue about Base R vs. Tidyverse? Trying to break into the rewarding field of data science? Do you just stare at beautiful data visualizations dreaming of someday being able to do that?

Buffalo R is a free meetup focusing on the free and open source R programming language. Our goal is to be able to provide compelling discussion and low-key networking without gatekeeping and to empower the Buffalo R community with stellar data science skills irrespective of identity or class.

While we are not directly affiliated with R-Ladies, you should be prepared to abide by the R-Ladies Global code of conduct, available here: https://rladies.org/code-of-conduct/ . Contact the meetup organizers through the meetup message feature if you wish to file a complaint or highlight behavior that makes you uncomfortable, or drop your complaint anonymously in the suggestion box which will be made available at each meeting.
