If you’ve ever felt stressed out and you can’t calm down, this meetup might be for you. Leah invites you to try a type of exercise that is designed to calm you down when you’re upset and lift you up when you’re blue.

Based on the concept that the mind and body are not separate; these physical exercises are used to ease your mind. Whether you want to boost your confidence, calm your rattled nerves, or learn to control your anger; these exercises can help.

However, they are not a replacement for therapy, but rather, something you can do daily, on your own, to maintain your emotional fitness.

The class is held in the neighborhood of North Hyde Park in Tampa.
