Lets get healthy and fit together! Indoor Shoes Only!!! Since we do many of the exercises on the ground, we strive to keep our facility as clean as possible, please make sure to bring an extra pair of clean indoor workout shoes in order to participate :-) Make sure to fill out our waivers before attending the class, or you will not be able to participate: http://www.burkemountainpt.ca/waivers This is a group for anyone interested in getting healthy and active! All skill levels are welcome (18-65) - We are certified trainers that specialize in functional strength, mobility, weight loss and fitness. We have started this group to create a community of people that share the same fitness goals and can motivate each other on the way to achieving them! Full body workout that will target fat loss & strengthen those muscles! We will start at 6:00 PM sharp and finish - 6:45 PM . Be sure to come 10 minutes early to sign in. Make sure to bring your water bottles, friends & a big smile on your face :) We hope to see you all there! P.S. All skill levels are welcome (18-65) - We are certified trainers that specialize in functional strength, mobility, weight loss and fitness. We have started this group to create a community of people that share the same fitness goals and can motivate each other on the way to achieving them! Full body workout that will target fat loss & strengthen those muscles! Every Saturday!! We will start at 8:30 AM sharp and finish - 9:15 AM . Be sure to come 10 minutes early to sign in.
