This includes calisthenics, animal movement, and functional fitness, as well as the different modalities of gymnastics strength training (hand balancing, straight arm strength/isometrics, rings, horizontal bar, and parallel bars). I'm looking to connect with other bodyweight athletes in the area, as well as people who are curious about getting into this style of training.
