About us
Ink and Inspiration is a cozy, welcoming critique circle for writers of all experience levels. Whether you’ve been writing for years or are just beginning, this is a place to share your work, improve your craft, and connect with others who understand the pull of storytelling.
We believe writing is both a personal journey and something made richer through community. Our group is built on encouragement, honest feedback, and mutual respect. We celebrate each other’s progress, help each other through creative blocks, and grow together as writers.
We meet every other Tuesday evening in Burlington for relaxed, friendly discussions about our current projects. Expect thoughtful critique, creative conversation, and the companionship of fellow writers who genuinely care about the craft.
What we value most:
• Writers of all backgrounds and experience levels
• Honest, kind, and constructive feedback
• Sharing your work when you feel ready
• Supporting each other’s creative growth
• Building a warm, respectful creative community
What members are asked to do:
• Read and provide written feedback on shared pieces before meetings
• Share your own work when you’re comfortable
• Help maintain a supportive and welcoming atmosphere
This is not a class, and there are no rigid expectations—just a shared commitment to improving and supporting one another.
Donations to help support the group are appreciated but never required.
If you’re looking for a creative home, a place to stay inspired, and people who understand why writing matters, you’ll fit right in.
