What we're about

Join me every week as we set a heart pumping pace while hiking some beautiful local trails. Our drop-in classes are approximately 90 minutes in duration, designed to stretch, strengthen, and re-focus on breath. Come connect with important layers of your life – health, friends, nature and community while getting your sweat on!
