Change, both technological and cultural, is occurring faster than ever before. As a result, companies are turning to agile for ideas to innovate, reduce costs, and remain relevant in a changing market.
Business agility embraces change. Business agility changes how you think, how you work and the way you interact with people.
We address these ideas through monthly lean coffee sessions, quarterly breakfast presentations, and we will host an annual business agility conference.
At our 3rd Business Agility Meetup, we are going to explore the critical topic of Agile Leadership.
We know that one of the key success criteria for any agile transformation is the concept of Servant Leadership. We ask that leaders change from a command-and-control style to a servant leadership style. This is much, much easier said than done. We are asking leaders to almost make a 180-degree turn and forget what, in all likelihood, enabled their progression up the corporate ladder.
If we do not address this in a sustainable way, true agility will not be achieved.
Please join us to share knowledge on this exciting topic.
