Lunch & Learn, Doing Good is Good for Business
For this Lunch & Learn we will have Shelley as the speaker. The Lunch & Learns are free and open to the public. Shelley Carroll's Bio: I’m the Membership Director at Realities For Children. I married Greg in 2012, and we have two young daughters, Audrey (5) and Courtney (3). Our family enjoys recreational sports in all seasons – skiing, hiking, boating, surfing, camping, biking, swimming, snorkeling, and scuba. Since 1999, I have been helping Northern Colorado businesses market, grow, and brand themselves within the community. With a need for a family-suited flexible work schedule, in 2013, I joined the Realities For Children team and have been grateful to continue with my strengths of helping to refer, advise, and promote local businesses. Over the years I’ve found community involvement to be a constant factor in successful and growing businesses. But where do you ‘start’? Does your business give to or support your community and if so, how do you relay that to current and potential customers? Giving is Good for Business: Community Support and Event Charity Involvement Ideas for small businesses. It’s ‘nice’ if your business does something great for the community, but it’s even sweeter when customers and potential customers know about it. A business that grows is a strong business that will continue to be valuable to the community for years to come. Shelley will also share inexpensive "Get Your Name Out There" tips to grow your business. This event is brought to you by Northern Colorado Community, connecting businesses in Northern Colorado. www.northerncoloradocommunity.com

It is more about being the "go giver." We will have monthly events each month at a fun and exciting venue each time. Join this group of successful, encouraging, and wonderful business divas!
