Recognising burnout early is crucial to avoiding it having a disastrous effect on every area of your life if you have any of these symptoms, stress, anger, weight fluctuations, mood swings, pessimism, blaming others, disrupted sleep or not coping you may be on the brink of burnout.

**Five years ago, Penelope Jayne’s life as an international creative director and photographer, jetting the globe, changed abruptly when she was bedridden with recurring illnesses, chronic panic and exhaustion. The doctors advised she had a total collapse of the immune system, her body’s response to a massive “burnout”. No cure, no magic pill, only a band-aid of antibiotics together with a diagnosis that recovery would take a minimum of 2 years, if she was lucky.

That sent her on a journey to find how to get the spark back into her life and “recharge” herself. Together with her husband Sean’s support they researched and designed a program that within 2 months had Penelope bounce back to health with so much passion, vitality, youth and joy it became their life’s purpose to empower others to feel the same. The outstanding results changed their lives forever and has changed others as well.
