Busy Bees is a small, well established group of amazing moms and kids! The ultimate goal of our group is to make long-lasting friendships for ourselves and our little Busy Bees. We have found that a smaller, more intimate group has been fantastic. We see the same faces regularly so our friendships form more quickly and it's truly like a family.
We have a great leadership team to organize several activities including a variety of home and park play dates, themed crafts, picnics, group visits to local attractions and events, holiday parties, potlucks, and educational activities. We like to have at least one moms’ night out each month for some time to relax, chit chat and really get to know each other. Our events are geared towards infants, toddlers and preschool aged children. Most of our activities are held on weekday mornings with occasionally some also in the afternoons, evenings and on weekends. Daddies are always encouraged to come as well!
Busy Bees is always welcoming new active members. We ask that members only join if they can commit to attending at least 1 event each month. To be an exclusive member there is a $15 annual membership due within 60 days of joining and each year thereafter. This helps to cover the cost of our website and assists with the costs of events.
To keep our group running smoothly, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:
Pay your yearly membership fee within 60 days of joining and every year thereafter. Attend events frequently, once a month is required to retain membership. Have a photo of yourself and your Busy Bee as your profile photo so we can recognize you. RSVP to events and keep your RSVP's current as a courtesy to the host. Please take a moment after attending any event to both rate and leave your comments or feedback so we have an idea of what everyone events is enjoying. Suggest and/or host events. Whether you're new to town, have moved back to the area or lived locally all your life, we'd love for you to join us for some fun! We look forward to meeting you and your Busy Bees soon.
