Have fun and learn stuff! We will be exploring the medicinal healing potential and possibilities of Cannabis and Hemp. Until recently, we were unaware of a neurological regulatory system in our body known as the Endocannabinoid System, which regulates many processes in our bodies from birth to death. According to Dr. Ethan Russo's latest theory, most of us are cannabinoid deficient, leading to so many different expressions of imbalance and illness. Our goal for this group is to learn and grow as a community of like minded individuals, sharing our passion for health and well being in a way that best serves our community, improving the quality of life for all without stigmas or judgement.
We will be sharing, and discussing the latest research with Cannabis and hemp and how this healers plant is changing lives, and assisting with, and giving hope to those with illnesses to name a few: Cancer, HIV or AID, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Damage, Epilepsy and seizures, Inflammatory bowel disease, Neuropathy, Chronic pain, Huntington’s disease, Alzheimer's disease, Appetite loss, Crohn's disease, anorexia, Glaucoma, Depression and Anxiety, Mental health conditions like schizophrenia and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Muscle spasms, Nausea, Wasting syndrome (cachexia).
Please join our free meeting for discussions and presentations. The library holds about 40 people, so please rsvp if you would like to come in person. If you are someone who would like to volunteer in assisting the group in some way, please let the organizer know. All are welcome. Donations accepted. Snacks will be served.
