C++ Coding Gym

In this meetup we will pratice C++ programming in the following format:

1. Moderator propose a set of challenges in C++ (Planning) and their time and the partecipants choose a peer.
2. The peers find a solution in a time boxed period providing Unit Testing (you can use Catch, Google Test).
3. Review: For each challenge each couple provides a solution and it shows that solution to the group.
4. Retrospective: At the end of the event, people provide feedback about the Coding Gym (How to improve? What went wrong? What was good?)
