The first of a 7 part series, Embrace the Root Chakra with Nancy Andrews! The Root Chakra is the beginning and the foundation to our energetic bodies. In this class, we will:

• Go deep into the Root Chakra through meditation- Discover the ways in which the Root Chakra can affect your daily life

• Explore the Root Chakra through crystal work, aromatherapy and visualization- Lightly exercise the physical body to open the Root Chakra

• Learn the ways to notice and correct imbalances to optimize your healing process
