• Go deep into the Sacral Chakra through meditation

• Discover the ways in which the Sacral Chakra can affect your daily life

• Explore the Sacral Chakra through crystal work, aromatherapy and visualization

• Lightly exercise the physical body to open the Sacral Chakra

• Learn the ways to notice and correct imbalances to optimize your healing process
