Self Confidence building and Self Healing

Just imagine yourself happier, healthier, and feeling more vibrant. Is taking care of others more important than taking care of you? Have you been feeling stuck and want to heal yourself? In my workshop you will gain the tools to become more self-confident and to be able to heal yourself.

Half the day will be working on techniques to become more self-confident and the other half we will work on self healing:

• Exploring your strengths

• Guided meditation

• Visualization

• Discussion

• Working with Colors -pairing for "reading" exercises

• Energy Healing for our group

Everyone on this planet has gone through trauma or known of someone who has. I invite up to 20 people for this special teaching. You can register by going to my website.
