A Member's & Non-Member's Event

Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicago land area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month.

When: Second Monday of every month from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Topic: The Foundation of Marketing Rental Properties

When it comes to building an income stream from rental properties, it is that of the same when trying to build a great building; don't build it on a weak foundation. Join us, where Robert Hayes and Christopher Leon, both Board Members of CAREIA and Real Estate Investment Brokers with Evergreen Real Estate, teach you how to build the foundation to marketing your rental properties! You will learn what to look for and consider when renting your vacant or soon-to-be-vacant unit, when to begin marketing your unit, how to determine the rental amount, why three little words will help you understand how rental properties move in the marketplace and more! Whether your buying a new rental property or you have a resident soon vacating,you need to learn how to get the property back up and running for the most money, in the least amount of time. You do not want to miss this event!

Cost: Admission is $15.00 for non-members. Free for members. No children under 15-years old allowed at this event. Cash, Check or Credit Cards accepted. You can always become a member of CAREIA for just $99.00 a yr.
