CAREIA is excited to have Brie Schmidt share her extensive knowledge of Real Estate. Brie worked in corporate sales from 2005 to 2014 when she left the corporate world and became a full-time Real Estate Investor. She currently owns over 90 units and is the Managing Broker of Second City Real Estate.
Brie is very knowledgeable about analyzing potential properties and calculating ROI, as well as best practices when marketing and leasing rental properties. In addition, Brie is also a Co-Founder of The Midwest Real Estate Networking Summit, a non-profit education summit for real estate investors. This three-day annual event provides new to experienced investors with the tools and connections necessary to build a Real Estate Business. Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month we have a different speaker share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicago land area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
