I love it when a plan comes together.

Het programma is als volgt:

18.00 - 19.00 Inloop en een hapje eten

19.00 - 19.15 Introductie door CRM Partners

19.15 - 20.00 Sessie 1: Virtual agents - Matt Wade, H3 Solutions

20.00 - 20.15 Pauze

20.15 - 21.00 Sessie 2: October '18 release features in Universal Resource Scheduling - Stefan Strube, Strukton

21.00 - 21.30 Borrel

Hopelijk tot dan!
-------------------------------------

Topic/storyline of session 1:
- Introduction to chatbots/AI services in general AND as an extension of Dynamics for both customer service and field service (with demo); this would be an art-of-the-possible and use-case discussion.
- Basics of bot architecture and best practices in Azure (with demo); this would be an overview of the Azure technologies and a brief introduction to how a few of them work.
- Intro to Dynamics Virtual Agent for Customer Service and its offerings; note that the content here will be limited due to the fact that VACS doesn’t hit preview until April 2019 and I don’t have any early access to the product.

The ultimate goals of the session will be:
1. Build interest in chatbot use cases and application to everyday work, especially in CRM and customer service situations;
2. Increase understanding of the Azure services to make #1 feasible;
3. Raise awareness of some of the tools available out there to build on #2; and
4. Show some interesting and even wow-type demos.
