"CALL TIME:
Your Call Time for Team Leaders and vehicles: 12 p.m.
You will receive your staging number and placement when you check in. Marchers: Marchers walking in groups with vehicles may arrive later than the vehicle's call time, however marchers must find their team captain and be in their designated staging location no later than 12:30pm."

The event organizers suggest walkers arrive between 12 and 1 but we ask that all walkers arrive by 12:30.
