Holiday Paddle FUN for Club members start at 8:30AM
*First timers can "check us out for free". First Timers need to arrive at least 15-30 minutes early! After the first practice, it is $5/each practice. *FREE for CHARGE club members have annual membership. *cancel your RSVP 2 hours before the practice if you cannot make it!! PLEASE ======================================================================= Dragon boating is a fun and accessible sport for people of all ages who are reasonably fit, a team player and enjoy being on the water. It's a great cardio workouts and all-around fitness. Watch the CNN Health Channel interview at Most clubs cater for both competitive and non-competitive members and all enjoy the fun, social aspect of the sport as well. Want to give it a try? This practice is an open practice and recommended for all paddlers even those that have never paddled before. *minimum 8 paddlers to run the practice. *Entrance have a ORC Orlando Dragon Boat Club sign there outside of a small white house. There have a gate. Come inside will see the team there. For the practices, we'll have the paddles and life vests available, so you'll only need to secure the rest:a drink (bottled water recommended) comfy workout clothes (moisture wicking if you have)

[C.H.A.R.G.E.] ( is the highly spirited and dedicated dragon boat team organized by the Chinese American Association of Central Florida ( Paddling on the weekends and racing against international competitors throughout the year, we keep the ancient Chinese sport alive in our Orlando-based community to promote teamwork, friendship, and a healthy lifestyle.

If you want to try out the sport, come to a practice! Even if you've got no experience paddling on a boat, we invite you to join us. We've got all the gear you need and a cozy little dragonboat seat waiting for you.
