CHIFOO presents "General AI: Where Machine, Humanity, And Society Intersect" with Mounir Shita, Kimera Systems!

Beyond today’s artificial narrow intelligence (ANI) is Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), also known as General AI. It is a technology expected to rewrite what it means to live on planet Earth.

In this presentation Shita will share his research in AGI and its global impact. He will layout one potential future scenario and a roadmap to get there as well the ethical and moral guidelines that will face designers his team is engaging with this year.

About The Speaker
Mounir Shita’s (@mounirshita) first encounter with artificial intelligence was in mid 1990s at University of South Eastern Norway. During his only corporate employment, he realized his ability to change the world were severally limited within the confines of a corporate employment. For the past 15 years he has been in the startup world founding a variety of startups and researching AGI. Come join CHIFOO for our first speaker event for 2019's theme "Smart Stuff: Alternative Interfaces, Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Interactions".
