SCHIMA ICD-10 Coffee Chat

We're expanding to the south! In order to serve our southern Colorado members, in conjunction with the Southern Colorado Health Information Management Association (SCHIMA), the ICD-10 Task Force is now offering monthly ICD-10 Coffee Chats in Colorado Springs.

Let's talk about ICD-10! Dust off those ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS code books and a case scenario or operative report or two and bring them on down! Don't have ICD-10 books yet? No problem! You can download the code sets for free at: http://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Coding/ICD10/index.html and bring them with you on a laptop. Don't forget to download the guidelines too.

This group will be facilitated by AHIMA-approved ICD-10-CM/PCS trainers but all levels of coders are welcome. Think of this as your support group while you're learning to code in ICD-10!

The SCHIMA ICD-10 Coffee Chat group meets on the first Tuesday fo the month from 6:00-8:00pm beginning in February 2013.
